On May 30, the group visited sites including the Liujiaxia Reservoir and the Bingling Temple Grottoes. The Liujiaxia Reservoir, with its vast azure waters framed by surrounding mountains, showcased the magnificent natural scenery of the upper Yellow River; meanwhile, the thousand-year-old Bingling Temple Grottoes offered a close-up experience of Silk Road culture and the profound heritage of Chinese civilization. On the morning of May 31, the management team from Chengdu Baishixing visited Gansu Baishixing Pharmaceutical for an exchange tour. Located in the National Fine Chemical Industry Park of Lanzhou New Area, Gansu Baishixing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Baishixing Technology Industry Co., Ltd. and serves as a key production base for the company’s protected amino acid and oligopeptide business. In recent years, driven by the rapid growth of the biopharmaceutical industry—particularly the rise of GLP-1 drugs—market demand for protected amino acids and oligopeptides has steadily increased. Leveraging its comprehensive production facilities and large-scale manufacturing capabilities, the Lanzhou base has become a vital pillar of the company's strategic development. Through on-site inspections of the production facilities and in-depth discussions, the team gained a comprehensive understanding of the Lanzhou base’s achievements, industrial positioning, and future plans, further bolstering their confidence in the company's future prospects.

At the subsequent exchange meeting, Chairman Wang Zhaowei delivered a presentation on the company's future development strategy, systematically outlining its vision and mission, industrial layout, and the strategic plan for the coordinated development of its three major bases. Drawing on current trends in the biopharmaceutical industry, he further clarified the company's future direction and goals. During the discussion, Chairman Wang’s management philosophy—"Senior management ensures the right things are done; middle management ensures things are done the right way; and employees ensure tasks are executed correctly"—resonated widely with the audience, fostering a deeper understanding of individual roles and the importance of team collaboration.
